Wrapped or Raw is a Positive Life NSW digital resource supporting the choice of gay and bisexual men (including men who have sex with men) in NSW living with HIV (MLHIV) around negotiating sex while minimising risk, maximising pleasure, enabling disclosure and having great sex with other men of all HIV statuses.

Wrapped or Raw contains information supporting MLHIV

  • to exercise their own choices when negotiating sex
  • as key players in the negotiation of sexual pleasure while managing the risk of HIV transmission and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and
  • to negotiate a range of HIV prevention strategies during sexual encounters on their own terms.

This website offers information, resources and support for

  • MLHIV to manage HIV transmission along with sexual risk and pleasure
  • MLHIV to discuss topics like disclosure and handling rejection or when making decisions on whether to use condoms or not
  • gay and bisexual men at risk of contracting HIV to access Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) which is used to protect against contracting HIV
  • gay and bisexual men who might have been exposed to IV HIV to access Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) which is used to help prevent HIV infection.

Thank you to Bruce, Rik, Stu and Brad for their contribution to this campaign.
